Premium Senior Living Apartments In Kerala - Varma Wellage

Renowned playback singer and Padma Bhushan awardee Dr. K.S. Chithra officially inaugurated Wellage Praana by Varma, a premium senior living apartment project by Varma Homes, located near Cochin International Airport. The launch ceremony was attended by K. Anil Varma, Managing Director; Dr. Mini Varma, Director; and Vice Presidents Vaishakh Varma and Arathi Varma.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Mini Varma, director of Varma Homes, added that Wellage Praana by Varma has been thoughtfully designed around the values of the traditional joint family system. The project aims to create a vibrant and supportive community where seniors can enjoy meaningful social connections while maintaining the privacy, independence, and comfort of their own homes.
